Returns and Exchanges

 

Returns must comply with our Return Policy.

Items generally must:
 

• Be unworn.

• Be unwashed.

• Have original tags attached.

• Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
   

The following items may not be eligible for return unless faulty:
 

• Clearance or sale items

• Gift cards

• Customized or personalised clothing

• Underwear, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive products where prohibited by law
   

Damaged or Incorrect Items
 

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Where appropriate, we may:
 

• Replace the item

• Repair the item

• Offer a refund
